The Alaska Centers of Procurement Excellence (ACoPE) is the statewide contracting arm of the Office of Procurement and Property Management. Operating through a category management procurement model, the Centers provide enterprise statewide contracting solutions through its seven Centers of Excellence, and can be reached at DOA.OPPM.COE@alaska.gov.
