Participation Addendums with Vendors under the NASPO Construction Equipment Master Agreement expired 04/10/2024.
A New NASPO Master Agreement has been executed and is titled Heavy Construction & Industrial Equipment. The state has established one Participation Addendum and is under negotiation with additional vendors. Updated will be made accordingly.
