Fuel Contract Novation

Novation of State Contract # 2022-0200-4928-A

 

The State of Alaska has approved the assignment and novation of State Contract No. 2022-0200-4928-A following the merger of the contracting entities. Effective January 1, 2026, all rights, obligations, and performance responsibilities under this contract have transferred from Alaska Petroleum Distributing to Inlet Energy LLC.

No other changes to the contract have occurred as a result of this novation (including scope, pricing, or terms).
