The Alaska State Surplus Property Program (SSPP) was created to implement AS 44.68.110. The SSPP allows Alaskans to bid on and purchase property that’s useful life with the state has ended.

Operated out of the State Property Management Complex at 2400 Viking Drive in Anchorage, with some auction items located at remote sites, the SSPP offers a wide variety of property to Alaskans through the GovDeals online auction platform and through in-person sales.
